The first release from our distillery is a premium London Dry styled gin. This gin developed over the course of 50 batches as we tinkered with the recipe after each run until we were happy with the final product. The result is 'Ponteland Gin'. This is a juniper heavy gin that has a smooth feel on the mouth, bursting with citrus notes and a slight sweet spice. With this gin being our first spirit released to the market, I wanted to name it after something that meant a lot to me, the town I grew up in.
